Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium Wool & Oak luggage. We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of receipt, provided they include all original Wool & Oak tags and packaging. Items returned without tags or original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
A return handling fee of $14.95 will be deducted from your refund. Return labels not used within 45 days will be canceled and any associated refund forfeited. For Hawaii and Alaska, the return handling fee is $29.95.
Please note: express shipping fees are non-refundable, as these costs are charged by the carrier at the time of shipment.
Any complimentary gifts not returned with your order will be charged at full retail value. To protect your return, please use only Wool & Oak-generated return labels — unauthorized returns may be subject to additional fees or delays.

We will either reimburse your repair costs upon receipt of the invoice, exchange the item, or provide a full refund. If an exchange item is unavailable, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase or store credit thereafter.

Your premium luggage deserves protection from the moment it leaves our hands. With Wool & Oak Shipping Protection Insurance — available at checkout — your order is fully covered against loss or damage during transit. If anything goes wrong, we replace it immediately, no questions asked.
This service saves you the hassle of filing claims with third-party carriers, giving you complete peace of mind from checkout to doorstep.
Please note: shipping protection cannot be refunded once your order has shipped or been delivered.
Yes — we ship our handcrafted luggage worldwide, from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California to over 100 countries. International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.
All Wool & Oak luggage ships from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. Founded in New York City and shipped from LA — each bag is carefully packed and inspected before it begins its journey to you. We do not offer warehouse pickup at this time.
We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States on all orders over $200 — our way of ensuring your premium luggage arrives without any added cost. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from complimentary shipping.

Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address, so please double-check your details before completing checkout.
We partner with all major carriers for reliable delivery across the USA. For added security, we offer optional Wool & Oak Shipping Protection at checkout. With this service, your order is fully covered against loss or theft — no questions asked. Without protection, stolen items must be repurchased or resolved directly with the carrier.
For international orders, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms — meaning the price you pay at checkout is fully inclusive of delivery, customs clearance, duties, and taxes. No surprise charges, no hidden fees. This is part of our commitment to a seamless luxury shopping experience worldwide.
For orders within the United States, no import duties apply. Applicable state or local taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer standard shipping. Each order is carefully inspected and packed at our Los Angeles fulfillment center before shipping, so please allow processing time before your tracking information is updated. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Pre-ordered items ship within 7–9 business days of the estimated date shown at the time of purchase. We know the anticipation of waiting for handcrafted luggage is real — you'll receive order confirmation and shipping notification emails to keep you updated, along with any additional communications should timelines shift.
Due to the size and value of our premium luggage, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses at this time. If you need an alternative shipping arrangement, please contact our team at support@woolandoak.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Each Wool & Oak order begins its journey to you as soon as checkout is complete. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be altered.

Warranty
Every Wool & Oak bag is built with premium materials and meticulous craftsmanship — and we stand behind that quality. Our products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not apply to damage caused by unreasonable use, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that become unusable or detach
Broken zippers
Our warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic imperfections: scratches, scuffs, stains, dents, natural wear and tear, color changes, or other aesthetic changes from regular use that do not impact functionality
Non-defective components
Damage from intentional misuse, modifications, or alterations beyond normal handling
If a component needs attention, we'll provide a replacement part with detailed installation instructions. Processing times vary based on availability. If the defective part cannot be repaired or replaced, we'll ship a replacement piece of equal or greater value. For limited edition or discontinued items, we cannot guarantee an exact match but will ensure comparable quality. All replacement decisions are made at our discretion.
Sample sale items are not covered by our warranty.
Yes — our Compressible Packing Cubes are backed by a 1-year warranty covering defective materials and components. The warranty does not extend to accidental damage or normal wear and tear from travel use.
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@woolandoak.com with your original order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
We reserve the right to void this warranty if a claim is determined to be dishonest or fraudulent.
