Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, with special exceptions during the holiday season. All products must be unused, accompanied by original Wool & Oak tags. The return shipping cost of $9.95 will be deducted from your total refund. To ensure a seamless return process, only Wool & Oak-generated return labels may be used. Unauthorized returns may be subject to a restocking fee or, in rare cases, risk being misplaced.

For international returns and exchanges, please contact support@woolandoak.com. Policies above apply, but processes may vary by country. Unclaimed international returns incur a 15% restocking fee. There is a $9.95 fee per label for all international returns.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase, and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. If you have any questions, please contact support@woolandoak.com for assistance.
For any concerns regarding defects, kindly email us at support@woolandoak.com with photos and details. Rest assured, we will either reimburse repair costs upon receipt of the invoice, exchange the item, or provide a full refund. Should an exchange item be unavailable, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase or store credit thereafter. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Shipping Policy
In today’s world, with more purchases being delivered directly to your doorstep, even the best of packages can face unfortunate circumstances. Couriers, regrettably, may not always take responsibility for these rare mishaps, often leaving you to navigate complex and inconvenient processes for retrieval or replacement.
To bring you peace of mind, we have introduced our Navidium Shipping Protection Insurance. By opting for this service at checkout, should your order be lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will replace it without hesitation, no questions asked. This ensures a seamless experience, saving you the time and effort of dealing with third-party couriers.
We are able to ship anywhere in the world. If you live outside of North America, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We ship all of our bags from Los Angeles, California. We do not offer pick up from our warehouse.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States for all orders over $200. Please note that shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from this offer.
Orders are carefully processed within 24-48 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address, so we kindly ask you to ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
We work with all major carriers to deliver your items within the USA. For added peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection. Should you choose this service, your order is fully protected against loss or theft—no questions asked. If this service is not selected, unfortunately, we cannot replace stolen items. In such cases, the item must be repurchased, or you will need to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
If you live in the United States, you will not be charged import duties. You may be charged state or provincial taxes in accordance with local laws. These will be calculated at checkout.
If you reside internationally, you may be charged additional duties and taxes. These are incurred at the customer’s expense.
We offer standard shipping at this time only. Please remember that your order will take time to process before it ships. Even if you select expedited or express shipping, your order will take a few days to be processed through our system:

If you ordered an item that has an estimated shipping date set in the future, you have pre-ordered that item. It will ship within 7-9 business days of the date indicated on the website at the time of purchase. You will receive order confirmation and shipping notification emails, as well as email updates should any other circumstances arise.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O addresses at this time. If you don’t have a residential address, please reach out to our team at support@woolandoak.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you!
Your purchase begins its journey to you as soon as you complete the checkout process. We unfortunately do not have a cancellation window. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be altered.

Warranty
At Wool & Oak, we stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our products. Our products are covered by a 3 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your Wool & Oak or put things in there that don’t belong (like concrete bricks).
This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Wool & Oak through our website.
Our warranty covers:
Wheels, handles, or telescoping handles that become unusable or detach.
Broken zippers
Our warranty does not cover:
Cosmetic imperfections: scratches, scuffs, stains, dents, dings, natural wear and tear, color changes, or other aesthetic changes from regular use that do not impact the functionality of the item
Non-defective components of the luggage
Damage resulting from intentional misuse, modifications, or alterations beyond normal handling and use
